Friends of the Bethel Library to Hold Book Sale August 25-27

From The Friends of the Bethel Library–

The Friends of the Bethel Library is holding its annual book sale August 25 to August 27 2012, in the general purpose room of the Bethel Municipal Center on School Street in Bethel.  Early bird shoppers are welcome on Saturday, August 25, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., for an entrance fee of $10.00.  From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. all books are offered at full price.  On Sunday, August 26, sale hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and all books will be half price.  Monday’s hours are 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and a $5.00 “Bag Sale” closes out the event.  We have an unusually large number of  books available this year, as well as CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and ephemera.  All are pre-sorted for convenience.  This annual sale is an important fund-raiser for the Friends of the Bethel Library, as well as a great opportunity for shoppers to build or extend their personal libraries at bargain prices.
