Bethel’s Fire Departments are planning a remembrance ceremony  to honor those whose lives were lost in the September 11th terrorist attacks. Below is information provided by Brendan Ryan:

Schedule for the 9/11 observance, this coming Tuesday 9/11.

• 6:30 / 6:45    Meet at South St. Fire House, begin silent procession to Municipal Center
• 6:45 P.M. Begin program at Municipal Center
• 7:00-7:10 P.M   Approximate completion of program

The above schedule takes into account that sundown is scheduled for
7:08 p.m.  So we should be aiming to have “Taps” played at that
approximate time, and end the program.
