Bethel VNA Flu Immunization Clinics 2012
The following information was provided by the Bethel Visiting Nurses Association–
Everyone 6 months of age and older should get a yearly vaccine. Flu season usually begins in October and can last through May. Get vaccinated before flu season starts.
All of our Public Flu Clinics are open to everyone age 6 months and older. We will have preservative-free pediatric and adult shots, and FluMist is available for healthy individuals aged 2-49 years.

Payment Information
Bethel VNA will submit claims to the following Insurances:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Anthem, Empire)
- Connecticare
- Medicare HMO: Aetna, BC/BS, Connecticare
- Medicare Part B
Bethel VNA will bill patient for any unpaid charges.
If your insurance company is not listed above, you may pay by cash or check. You will get a receipt to submit for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to be sure flu vaccine is a covered service. Bethel VNA is NOT a preferred provider for United Health Care or Cigna. Fee for Flu Shot $35, Nasal Spray $40.
