The Stony Hill Four Corners Association is holding a Halloween Pancake Breakfast for children and families on Sunday, October 28, from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the firehouse, 68 Stony Hill Rd., Bethel. This is one of many fundraising and charitable events the association holds to help the community. The SH4C Association was formed to create a greater awareness of what the businesses in the Stony Hill Area have to offer, while also creating ways for those businesses to give back to the community.

The Association meets the first Wednesday of every month all business and organizations in the area are welcome to attend. The Cascades and Maplewood at Newtown hosts their monthly meetings and serve free breakfast for all who attend.

In November The Stony Hill Four Corners Association will sponsoring two tree lighting ceremonies. At the Stony Hill tree lighting on Sat. Nov. 17th, the Association will  collect food for the Bethel and Newtown food banks. At the Hawleyville tree lighting on Sat. Dec. 1st, they will collect toys for The Newtown Fund.
