Bethel Chamber Announces Christmas Tree Lighting Festivities

From the Bethel Chamber of Commerce–

Come downtown for a Christmas Treat! Join us as we celebrate the beginning of the Holiday Season with the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony presented by Ingersoll Auto, Friday November 23rd between 12pm and 6pm. The day is filled with fun for the entire family! Take a ride around downtown Bethel in a horse-drawn carriage sponsored by Union Savings Bank, stroll around town to take part in many in-store activities and start your Holiday shopping with the local merchants and vendors, sip on hot cocoa, soup, and cider. Enjoy live music by Anthony Griffin Band and the High School Choir, and of course meet Santa! The event is sponsored in part by Brennan Purdy State Farm, and Newtown Savings Bank. 1:00pm to 4:00pm – Take Away Craft at Bethel Tutoring – while supplies last

1:30pm to 2:30pm – Children’s Story Hour – Byrd’s Books

2:00pm to 4:30pm – Hot Cocoa served by the Bethel United Methodist Church
